Modern Maids Cleaning

Prices are based on the square footage of your home. Pricing will be adjusted according to the square footage. If we arrive and the square footage is more then what was stated. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment time we will charge the non refundable cancellation fee. If your appointment has to be cancelled because the property has no water you will be charged the non refundable cancellation fee. Additional charges include pet hair removal $75, mold removal $150, & travel fees $1 per mile. Travel fees only apply to bookings outside of our 30 mile radius. We DO NOT charge travel fees for Fresno, Clovis, or Sanger. We charge 50% of the total cost for services when you book. The balance will be charged to the card that we have on file. We do not accept cash or check. Disclaimer: Our house cleaners do not solicit customers. We kindly request customers not to solicit our cleaners for any additional services. Thank you for your understanding. We provide all of the cleaning supplies & materials needed to complete your service. We provide our cleaners with on going training & checklist. We require all of our VIP Cleaners to get certified through our cleaning certification course and they have more then two years cleaning experience.
